Margus - President

Margus has been working at Drycal for over 40 years as the President and current owner. In his time away from work he enjoys collecting classic automobiles, namely 1932 Buicks, as well as spending time with his family!

Lembit - Vice President

Lembit, known better around the office as Lem, has been working at Drycal for over 40 years and currently handles accounts payable and payroll. In his free time, Lem enjoys reading and seeing the latest movies to hit the big screen.

Heather - Vice President of Sales

Heather has been working as the Vice President of Sales for the past 10 years as well as human resources. She enjoys volunteering with March of Dimes, The Cleveland Clinic, and Project Preemie. Heather has a three-year-old daughter, a newborn son, and two dogs that she enjoys playing with in her free time.

Roland - Finishing Manager

Roland, better known as Rolo around the shop, has been working at Drycal for over 40 years and currently oversees the finishing of Drycal’s products. Rolo enjoys hosting and attending car meets during the summer months and is a fan particularly of Cadillac automobiles.

Tim - Press Room Manager

Tim has been working with the business and in the industry for almost 35 years and serves as a printer and manager for the press department at Drycal. Tim is a huge fan of both coaching and playing volleyball and is known to be almost always on the go.

Dan - Press Operator

Dan has been in the printing profession for over 20 years and has been working as a printer for Drycal over the last six years. Dan enjoys fishing as well as competitive bowling when not on the pressroom floor.

Syrtha - Inspection Manager

Syrtha is responsible for the inspection and packing of finished work and has been working for Drycal for over 30 years. She greatly enjoys gardening in her free time away from work.

Chris - Die Cutting

Chris has been working with us for over five years and is responsible for die-cutting and other finishing die applications.

Ashley - Art and Stencil Department

Ashley has been working for the company for four years and is currently in charge of making screens. Ashley is an avid owner of exotic and non-exotic pets including lizards, arachnids, dogs, ferrets, and aquatic animals too numerous to count.

Teri - Graphics Manager

Teri has been working with Drycal for the past three years but has been in the printing profession for over 40. She has previously worked with printers around the world including companies located in Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong.
